the viewer tag referred to is part of GuideML. If you look at others personal spaces some of them greet you by name or refer to you in some way. This is done with the viewer tag. I learned how to use GuideML from scratch (to coin a phrase...Mmmrraowwww!!) by looking at others pages and copying their code mercilessly.
