It turns out there's a trick to ripping phone books, which makes it so easy even I can do it. I did it to impress my boyfriend, and he's been with me for 2 years now! (okay, so he wasn't impressed with the fact that I could rip the book, but he figured if I was crazy enough to try and rip a phone book, I was crazy enough to stay with him) 
You just hold it so that the along the top the pages are on an incline... you know, so that you have the book getting thincker and thicker. This way, you rip the pages one at a time, only it looks like you're doing it all at once. Ah, well, it makes more sense when you can see what I'm talking about...

Kat - This will be an honest attempt at constructive criticism. I will make two specific suggestions, with the understanding that this article is ready for submission anyway (it is very good). I would suggest two possible alternatives:
1)Are you sure you want to use "erotic love story?" I'm thinking something more like "poetic love story."
2)You might consider combining the 2nd and 3rd paragraphs into one paragraph, since they say similar things.
These are only suggestions - I think the article is fine the way it is written, and you should submit it whenever you are ready.
Now, if you feel this has been helpful, you might pop over to my page and read "Dish Sculptures." I think it is ready to submit, but I was waiting for fellow researchers to read it. Sadly, this has yet to happen....

How about getting rid of the "....GET REAL" part. That way the humor is more subtle and has a greater effect. But, that might just be me.
On a more personal note, 867-5309 *is* a local call for me when I'm off at school... but when you call it, it's just some guy.
