Yes - absolutely
The only thing was that the "alt" tag wasn't filled in, which I've corrected now, but it was definitely coded correctly and showing. I checked it three separate times... and I think ~jwf~ could see it also.

I can't see it using IE5.1 for Macintosh in any skin but I can in see it in Opera in all skins. I've never had a problem before. I'll experiment. Sorry to bother you. As you were.

I have the answer. Someone has added a superfluous WIDTH attribute to the PICTURE tag and this stops the picture displaying in IE5 for Mac for reasons that I haven't yet established but is probably due to a difference in the way some browsers deal with table errors.
Could you take the width attribute out of

and A1013680 please?
I am much relieved to find the problem. I thought for a moment there that ~jwf~ didn't love me any more .

I've reported it as a bug. Could you just have a look at A872039 and tell me if you can see the banner and whether or not is it normal size please?

Ah well that explains a lot. Thinking, y'see, is best left to thinkers and is not for drawers and painters and artistes. 
Not that I can name any real thinkers of the top of my head. But jumping to the conclusion that my affections have lapsed only proves how wrongly your steer has been bummed.
Warning: I have copied and pasted the 'banner' for the upcoming April 10th's issue from one of the recent past issues, so the same faults will likely need to be corrected. It will otherwise be ready for tomorrow's deadline and I will post the A-number in the CACkle thread as usual when I'm done poking at it.

Your link to A872039 shows a very smallish CAC logo banner. It's kinda cute that size, but yes it's definitely smaller than I remember it. Everything else on that page is fine ..I think.

Right, I've removed all the width instructions now - funny, I don't remember ever putting those in, but as it worked fine for me I suppose that I just didn't notice that the page format had been changed slightly.
