well, according to what i put on the front page, you need to surprise a group, but unless i can't read, which i cna't, i didn't specify leader. in fact, i think i am going to change it to people anyway. so much more fun if you go for person.
however, if you surprise the leader of a group then you get bonus points, and i develop that to do with positions in the agency etc. everything i flexible in my book!
