So are the Red Sox having a worse season than usual?
I ask because I'm genuinely puzzled as to why Chris Jericho - not the most popular wrestler on the WWE circus - appeared willing to risk a mob lynching with VERY rude comments about them, made before the start of this week's RAW programme (shown on British TV Friday evening)

Well they're not doing brilliantly, at any rate! This year has seen the best Yankee start to a season in, well, ages, and that's considering they've won four World Series since 1996!

Is it possible that Mr Jericho is a New Yorker? The rivalry works both ways (although mostly in Yankee pity!)

Jericho hasn't even got that [poor] excuse: he even BOASTS of his Canadian nationality (as if that's something to be proud of???)

However, as a good Catholic and therefore lifelong EVERTON fan, I can sympathise with fans of Boston Red Sox, as my team has also had a couple of 'lean years' recently

However, when you seen how much cash Man Utd and Arsenal spent this year to make sure they finished first and second in the national Premier (soccer) League, you realise that money don't talk any more - it just goes without saying

You think Everton are having lean years - I'm a Palace fan!
