... but can I please have my name removed from the list of authors?

I was proud to have my one-liner included, but for the sake of clarity, I prefer it if the list of entries I have written actually IS entries I have written, so I always ask for my name to be removed from ones I only make minor contributions to. And then there is all the more glory for the rightful author of this one, our very own Dr MT.

Please? I did mention it a few days ago, and am feeling rather tetchy about it now.

This reminds me of a joke Les Dawson used to tell.

A lion tamer gets his ear bitten off by one of his charges at the circus. The doctors don't manage to save his original ear but sew on a pig's ear in its place.

A few weeks later, he goes back for a check up. The doc asks, "How's your hearing?" He replies, "Well the old ear is OK, but I get a bit of crackling in the new one!"

That is AWFUL, Dr MT - You should be ashamed!

Mind you - I have found the responses from subs a bit depressing recently (mainly because they are non-existant). Maybe she is on holiday.

How are you, anyway? I have been keeping my head down and not been that active on site, so I am out of touch with a lot of fine folk, including you.
