Jack Daniels, the creator of the liquid that makes life worth living, one morning found himself unable to open his safe. When he kicked it in frustration, he broke his toe. He got blood poisoning -- a few days later, they had to take off his foot. A few days after that, it was his leg up to his knee. Still another few days later, it was the whole leg. It was all in vain -- he soon died of his broken toe.
