My definition of tasteful cursing
Social cursing is obviously dependent on the group of people, the people that make the cursing social. By definition, higher class people tend only to mind distastful cursing. Lower classes usually mind less. Distasteful cursing is defined as unusual or insulting words of a rude nature.
Of course, the best definition for rude words is a word you would avoid saying to your grandmother. That is of course unless you have a fun grandmother.
Tasteful cursing can be included in a joke or story EG "...and dammit if that dog didn't latch onto Bob's loins!" Another use of tasteful cursing is in a moment of emotion or frustration. No one can blame anyone for interjecting a curse if he slams his finger in a car door.
