I find swimming very relaxing. Half an hour in the pool followed by ten minutes in the jacuzzi and I feel like a new woman. 
The problem is getting the energy together to actually go to the swimming pool in the first place.

I find swimming relaxing even if I am not particularly full of energy.
After half an hour I also feel like a new woman, which is rather confusing as I'm normally a man.
Hope they let me back in the pool again after last weeks episode!

Hmm, I'm a trifle confused now (let alone you!).
Now my curiosity's aroused, WHAT HAPPENED IN THE POOL LAST WEEK?

Apologies, it was just my fatuous sense of humour rearing it's bugly head.
I really enjoy swimming, afterwards I feel totally invigorated and like a new MAN (as it should be).
(As for changing room mix ups - I was never confused)
