correction (Seattle's Best Coffee)

Great post. Just a small correction: The name of the coffee shop which competes with Starbucks and Tully's is "Seattle's Best Coffee" (not "Seattle's Finest"). Whether or not it's truly Seattle's best coffee is debatable (most people I know prefer Starbucks - I prefer any good independent coffee shop myself, including a few on Capitol Hill and one in Pioneer Square, for example), but the name is SBC. And Seattle's Best Coffee (like Starbucks and, I think, Tully's) is not limited to Seattle - I once saw an SBC at Northwestern University in Chicago.
