In the Red Dwarf series it was triplets x 2, not twins. I've just been watching them. I never saw the Red Dwarf ones before.
My favourite 2 is the swan with the dominoes a very close second.
When Channel Four started didn't they try something along the same lines? I vaguely remember the four blowing smoke rings.
