A Tree Falls, but Not in Brooklyn

This tree is a lime tree, which I don't know if you get in America and which I mentioned several months ago because of the unusual twigs growing at the base plus straggly branches growing part of the way up. It is not to be confused with the fruit tree of the same name, nor quick lime or bird lime used for trapping small birds and it has absolutely nothing to do with Harry Lime, either.

Send more trees, we don't care. The Post Editor is resigned to this meme.
