The local fields and woods usually supply an opportunity around this time of year when the sun is burning off the morning mists and dew. I always look out across this particular aspect when I'm passing and sometimes the sunlight effects are quite striking, although my efforts to capture the scene is sometimes better than others. On this morning the mist had almost gone like a will o' the wisp by the time I got there.
