I might even have to buy one now that I've read a good use for it.
I saw them for sale, but it seemed the only use I'd have would be to toast the sugar on top of crème brûlée, but this recipe has a much more spectacular use for it.
I love gadgets!

Hi torchholder! Nice to meet you, and wonderful to hear that you like the iron and tinfoil method. 
I always think that Extreme Ironing is an underrated spectator sport. I have a huge heap of wrinkled laundry that I could donate for practice.
