Your entry made me homesick for Barcelona, where I lived for a while during college. 
I used to eat Spanish tortilla sandwiches (bocadillos 
) for lunch at the café around the corner from my apartment all the time! The lady I lived with would often cook a variation for us, too, which was equally delicious: Spanish spinach tortilla. This recipe is a great addition to the guide!
