...how many does this recipe serve? I tried it last weekend and if it wasn;t for the fact that I burnt my finger trying to turn it, resulting in dropping it into the sink, I'd have made enough to feed the proverbial 5,000! 
Having said that, I made it again yesterday with half quantities and it was lovely!
