It's rubbish isn't it? Even Coer De Lion (sp?) tastes under-ripe and rubbery. I think they refridgerate it too much. It doesn't seem to taste of anything, all you get is some slimey texture.

Its not tooo* bad if you leave it out when you get it home; like you say it scause they keep it too cold in teh fridges at the supermarket.... if only we had a good cheese shop near here
