Moore was ridiculously old for the part and his pairings were mostly laughable. Some of his love scenes were embarassing and the action scenes were like the old Star Trek fight scenes, obviously fake.

He wasn't that old when he started, but by the end (and certainly in 'A View to a Kill') I'd have to agree with you
