Is anyone else a little disturbed by the fact that Taco Bell Mild Sauce costs more than their meat?

To put this into a British context, isn't this exactly the same low quality of almost-meat that kebab shops are allowed to sell, from that great big lump of reconstituted MRM rotating for weeks under the glare of those inadequate-looking gas jets? Which alternate fifteen hours of being switched on with nine hours of cooling down every day... if anything looked like a bug factory, it's those things. Are these allowed in America? How do Americans stand on MRM?
