it is not so much DISTANCE as it is TIME... S.O. got a new medic job where he works 24 hour shifts- ie, leaves at 0600 one morning and returns around 0800 the next. Often doesn't come home rt aft his shift as he has a teaching job as well. i wrk days and am therefore usu. not home in the AM when he returns.
having a lot of time getting used to all of this. i know absence makes the heart grow fonder, but i am just getting frustrated.
suggestions? comments?
