Well that's not right for a start because there's as many people up North who call trousers pants as there is down south that call underwear pants. That was hard to type lol. I'm from Manchester and pants means trousers to us! So that's the whole of America and the north of england against the South. Who does that make right? haha

Absolutely. I had this problem when talking to a southerner about going out on a Friday night wearing a shirt and pants. He looked at me like I was mad. (I'm also from Manchester)
