A Conversation for Biscuit Recipes
delicious variations

Being a researcher in many aspects, I enjoy experimenting, particularly in the secret of my kitchen.
My most memorable (and sometimes actually enjoyable) successes have to do with flavour variations.
If you have a biscuit receipe that gives you the ideal crunchy/brittle texture, you might want to add a little something for flavours. Not just chocolate, coffee or vanilla extract, but also :
- lavender (flowers, or extract)
- dried jasmin flowers
- green tea powder (an interesting greenish fruity flavour, with an extra dab of natural coloring)
- ground nutmeg and/or black peper (yes, even in sweet biscuits)
- ground cardamum seeds (my favorite)
...
The possibilities are endless !
