Veggi Versions - Turn a blind eye to the animal content in cheese (and also in beer) you have to draw a line somewhere or you become a fruitarian. Asparagus is too bland to compete with the cheese, try small pieces of sun dried tomato.

I was a bit suspicious of the asparagus option when it was first suggested, so I tried it out to see if it worked before including the idea.
Its actually rather nice! Its not Spaghetti Carbonara, but it does make a nice tea
