Unusual/without lettuce salad

I tend to eat what grows in my garden during the summer, plus a few 'staples'.
Currently my salads have these ingredients:
Calendula (pot marigold) petals
Sweet rocket
Chives
The tips of St John's Wort
Fennel leaves (I only eat the stems if I buy it from a shop, otherwise the leaves stop growing 
)
Spring onions
Tomatoes
I don't wash it as I know where it's been, I just rub the dirt and insect poo off. I also don't really prepare it, I chop it all up and put it in a sandwich. Added crisps of any flavour give it that certain something, and never forget the salad cream. 
I've probably missed something out, I'll inspect my sandwich closely later.
