What about the Mall Of America, in Minneapolis?
Claimed to be the biggest in the world, I can vouch for the fact that is is big, really big (I mean you might think it's a long way to the shops...).
The M of A is big enough to house a full sized fun park (complete with roller coaster)on the top floor and, according to their web page
