Exactly how do you make the little banners for the sub-titles?

Hello there: I think you want the GuideML clinic for akll your GuideML needs. Which is here: <./>GuideML-Clinic</.>
But the sub headers are made by adding thhe tags before and after your heading.
If you're confused I'd go and ask a guru on the page I've linked to above above. Personally I had to get my younger brother to eexplain it 3 times in words of not more than one syllable...
