The closing music is 'It's Alright' - The Travelling Wilburys have recorded version but I think that the one used was by The Zombies.
Still in process of checking that. Have the TW version but it does not sound quite right.

End of the Line is indeed the title - it's all right is the chorus.

Ahhh the Travelling Wilburys. The greatest supergroup of all time. Who'd have thought you could have had Roy Orbison, George Harrison, Bob Dylan, Tom Petty and Jeff Lyne all in the same band together. Made two fantastic album together
