What happened to the hit and run driver? We know that Margret said she would kill him/her with her bare hands...but then we are left to just imagine what she did???
Any thoughts?

Hey,
I just thought I'd say I thought it was pretty apparent that she does not kill the driver. Everything has become too complicated for that (you know why if you've seen the episode), thus the title "Things Are Not Simple Anymore".
