Totally wrong. It's that little place on the corner of Duncombe Street and South Road over Walkley way. The owner has all these photos of his carp fishing exploits all over the walls.

Grey Desk...
much as i usually respect your knowledge and taste, i regret to inform you of your complete and utter inaccuracy on this matter.
i know of the establishment which you mention and it is not on a par with Millhouses Fisheries at the bottom of Springfield Road and
Abbeydale Road.
I used to hang out there as a youth, way back in the early '60s, when 'Curry and Chips' was the staple diet of us teenagers, and was recently fortunate enought to sample their excellent Cod and Chips.
The fish has the most exquisite taste and texture and the chips are excellent.
I can still savour the taste from here (Florida)

a challenge to anyone still in sheff to try both chippies and report back here with the results.

I used to love the one on Division Street, near the Rock 'n' Run shop, but since they stopped cutting their own chips it's not so good

GD, I can still hear the Blades fans singing. I was listening to the commentary on the radio but the crowd were louder so I turned it off!

It was rather special wasn't it
I was in the pub jumping around like a lune when the Blades went ahead. My actions attracted the attentions of a couple of other fans which was nice as I thought I was the only one living down here.

We'll aim to wipe that smile of your face a week tomorrow
And yes Hendersons rocks. I've run out, so that makes a doubly good excuse for going to Sheffield for the match
