One that I almost entirely agree with - especially that no one is willing to accept duties attached to their rights (and I'm currently finding it depressing how many people are willing to take responsibility for anything at all)
It would be interesting to consider what primary duties attach to which rights (as well as "simply" recognising those rights in others) - clearly failings in some duties normally attached to some rights then triggers actions, including suspensions of some otherwise un-related rights
