I too love the leather-lung lifestyle, but it in no way approaches 'big' or 'clever'.
This just leaves 'cool', but as you make clear, it is not a proud moment in any smoker's life to find oneself harvesting butts. There is also nothing to compare with the look of pity and utter contempt on the face of a non-smoking colleague when they see the depths to which you are prepared to sink.

Only rarely have I 'retread' a cigarette, but I do this regularly with joint roaches...
