Really enjoyed this entry! I will be in Italy for 2 days next month and have been looking forward with great anticipation to the wonderful Italian thin-crust pizzas with their mouth-wateringly taste-filled tomato bases. Reading this entry reminded me of all the other Italian culinary delights - in the interests of appreciating fully your research I will endeavour to sample as much as possible.
