Was Roger Waters referring to this in The Final Cut when he said, "The Yards would still be open on the Clyde." Is there another river Clyde?

It is the same River Clyde. At one time their were shipyards all along the banks of the river, from Glasgow down to Greenock, now only three remain and the future of them is in some doubt.
