A Conversation for 'Threads' and Nuclear War

We were shown this film in a history lesson (GCSE... must have been 1990)
I remember the film ending with Ruth screaming at the sight of her newborn baby. We weren't shown the full 13 years of post-apocalypse mentioned here.... I'll have to try and track down a copy.
Because we're in Doncaster down the road from Sheffield, it kind of hit the class hard, quiet close to home. (We reasoned that RAF Finningly would be a nuclear target, which would obliterate our town)

Because of the documentary feel, one kid asked sincerely "When did this happen?" :>
