It's good to know that there are other people out there who like Mike Oldfield.
Could I just make a few points though I doubt if they really need to be added to the article at all.
In school Mike Oldfield was bottom of his class in music because they didn't teach what he wanted to learn.
The Strolling Player on Tubular Bells was the singer from the Bonzo Dog Band who was recording in on of the studios.
There wasn't much on Incantations or Exposed - and particular reason why?
Hergest Ridge was knocked off the top stop in the album charts by Tubular Bells.
Moonlight Shadow was the biggest selling single in Europe in the year of its release.
Family Man was a big hit for Hall and Oates.
Heaven's Open was released under the name of Michael Oldfield. It's also missing from the discography at the end, I think.
Wasn't Amarok released after Heaven's Open?
Tubular Bells II was the first musical sequel (other than Ashes to Ashes by David Bowie which was a sequel to Space Oddity). Neil Young and Meat Loaf followed suit with the releases of Return to Harvest Moon and Bat Out of Hell II: Back into Hell, respectively. Surely Tubular Bells II makes the series the first musical trilogy.

I never got further than to Tubular Bells and Ommadawn. But those I played to bits!

Umm...other way around, actually.
Wasn't Amarok released after Heaven's Open?
Nope. Amarok came out in 1990, Heaven's Open in 1991.

Hergest ridge knocked Tubular bells off the chart and then vice versa.
