A Conversation for How to Make a Low-grease Cheeseburger-like Sandwich
Even Less Grease

I suppose a grilled cheese sandwich has less grease than a cheeseburger, but not by much. If you want to cut it down even more, you can skip the butter, and cook your sandwich open-faced in a toaster oven. If you want even less grease than that, you can use some meat other than beef. (I'm partial to toasted cheese and crabmeat sandwiches, myself.)
But I'm not going to suggest taking the cheese out, because that would just be wrong.

True, or you can just not use the margarine or butter- but that takes a LOT of skill to know when it's done- the margarine/butter acts as an "indicator" to if it's done- but yes, there's certainly an infinite number of ways to make this!
