This is a technique of killing time that I use on my paper round and whenever I hve to walk some where boring. I imagine that my body is a vast star-ship/robot that I am in control of.
The technique I usually use in assemblies or sermons is to think about what would happen if a psychopathic killer/demon came in and started killing everyone.
Sometimes I doodle, I usually draw weaponry but some people are more interested in drawing stickmen. The really good thing about doodling is that you can start by drawing simple things and as time goes on make it more and more complex.

i doodle in class. but not weaponry, usually.... that would probably earn me a trip to the counseler's office..."ow, your teachers are telling me there are pictures of daggers and mces on your schoolwork. are you having personal prolems?""no no those aren't *weapons*, they are just, just, just puppy dogs. yep. harmless animals. you just don't understand artistic talent." "i'll be calling your parents later so we can have a discussion on this." to be avoided at all costs. so my aers and book covers are covered with little planets and geometric designs and 42 written in strange ways. also that little green guy on the cover of the HHGG books. this was related in some way before i started typing it, but...
