One of my favourite headlines from the local paper (we called it the "Gazette and Gazebo" it was presumably the "Gazette and Herald" started with the immortal words:
"Malmesbuy based AT&T..."
I can't remember what "Malmesbury based AT&T" had done to get a mention in the local rag, opening a factory or closing a factory or getting the Nobel Prize for Engineering or something.
But it made I laugh.
