This *is* yummy! I made it to test the recipe, and recently have made it a couple more times. It has been appreciated by all who ate it!

Thanks folks. I am on my second production run now, the first without sweetcorn and the second with. I do feel that a minimum of three red chilis are better when doubling up the ingredients.
Good and wholesome although, if microwaving, stir midway through to prevent a crust forming!
