Okay, Mango... The world best fruit. At least IMHO.
And if you find the perfect mango - ripe enough but not too ripe - than slicing it into nice looking pieces is no problem. But finding such a mango when you live in Germany and are not rich is. A problem, I mean. But sometimes there it is - the perfect mango. Hmmm.
Oh, and I just love Mango Lassi. You know that Yoghurt drink with Mango juice. Delicious. And expensive. But a friend told me that the mango juice as such really is quite expensive. So it's not just that the Indian restaurants try to get me to spent my last Euro.
