Waffling is a very good technique for situations where you don't have much to say, but would still like to contribute to a conversation. Waffling has been used for years to fill up otherwise meaningless gaps and replacinf them with rubbish.

i do it all the time, It also serves to confuse the other people within the conversation!!!
