Biting open an orange section you find that each section is filled with tiny cells. Carefully breaking one of these tiny sacs in your mouth with your tongue you find they are the containers of the juice of the orange providing you with a miniscule burst of flavour.

I think they're called "drupelets". Yes, that is the technical term, I'm not making this up. Raspberries have them too, but it's more obvious with raspberries.
