Erm, Mr (or Mrs) Editor...
You have introduced a couple inconsistancies into this piece during editing. Would you mind terribly if I pointed them out? No? OK, here goes:
1. The piece now tells you to look at a referenced BBC story which is no longer referenced. I understand why the reference has been removed, but I think the reference to the reference needs to be removed too. (If you see what I mean).
2. In the "Methods used by customer services" section you have converted the sub-sections to bullet points, but further down in the "dealing with customer services" the references to particular sub sections (e.g. 3a, 3d) have been left in, which is likely to be confusing.
That's about it. I'm sorry if this kind of comment is against some rule somewhere, but I can't find anywhere else I should post this.

Outstanding
It's amazing, I spend a disproportionate quantity of time producing a piece, then along comes someone with a much firmer grasp of English than I have had for quite some time and magically all the verbal knots I have tied myself into are smoothed out and the whole piece reads exquisitely.
You've made me look like a bit of a diva. I thank you.
