Pars does some of the best food you can get in Dubai IMHO. It's a really great place -- particularly if you are feeling a bit Atkinsoid. The lamb is, as mentioned above, utterly stunning. They'll even make big platters of food up and drive it round to you if you call them, although they do want the delivery to be worth 50dhs or more. Great for an after-the-bar fix, though!
