Is the law so clear cut on Corpses. I have vague recollections of a famous(name escapes me) Washington politician asking if it was legal to have sex with a corpse if you are married to it. Never did find out the answer though.

How can you be married to a corpse?

Surely it's only until "death do us part"? And then all bets are off... (That last bit's my own oxymoronic addition - but you catch my drift....)

of course i had a friend of mine that claimed his wife was like a corpse but that is another thing all together.

I think you could rest assured in any case, as I can cunningly deduce you are of the female persuasion. Now I know that corpses may be referred to as "stiff"s, but I think that only applies to the musculature.

Otherwise they'd never get the box lid down !

Isn't it creepy that people would consider, nay even discuss having thingy with a dead person? Eeurgh.... But if there's a name for it, I guess there are people doing it....

At the cemetary next to my university, they caught a man who was periodically breaking into mausoleums to have sex with the remains. He eluded the police for quite some time...

oh now that is even worse!! i mean they are rotting by then with who knows what crawling on and through them

I think the aforementioned politician was quite religious,as they are wont to be, and takes marriage as a contract with a little more longevity.
Besides I am not sure that it is death til us part as we quite often say ' I've just buried my husband,wife'.

Do you mean to tell me they are still alive!
