Not that you really want to know......
My name Is Conrad I am 33 years old (and have a problem with it). After being 19 since the age of 19 the thirties and thirty something years hit me like a brick wall (not a stationary one).I currently live in Devon and work here as a computer analyst programmer. I consider myself lucky to live here (and lucky to live really) amongst the carrot munchers of Devon though at heart I am a Shropshire Lad (yet still a carrot muncher) and miss it terribly.
I am not married, but live with my partner Lisa and we have a little girl called Holly who doesn't want me to play on the computer so nobody post me!
We have some Woodland and a large garden and do all of the usual middle class things like naked Morris dancing and Tree Sap Enema classes (of course it doesn't hurt, willow bark has the same properties as aspirin silly).
Although I spend all my days at work on a PC I have just recently decided to break with the pack and buy a beautiful IMAC which looks perfect but hardly ever works as I wish, I can see that this will be the start of a beautiful relationship, who wants predictable when you can have Unique?
I guess I am supposed to talk about something that tells you about me like I play chess to a professional level and play football 5 times a week etc etc but firstly that would be a lie and secondly I ramble and deviate in real life so this is a good indiaction of my character.
I used to play Bass guitar (when I was 19) but then gave my guitars away when I thought that I had grown out of them. There is not a day that I dont crave to pick one up and have a jam, However I think that once you exceed the age of 19 holding a guitar without looking as if you are holding it for a busker who is off running after his dog is nigh on impossible.
My Interests are, and in no particular order:
-
Gardening (I do it)
Genetics (I would love to do it)
Taking Pictures of my IMAC
Humour
Walking
Cars
Paying too much Tax
Sleeping
Beaches
Writing
Breathing and Perspiring
Rachel De Thame,Holly Valance + Nigella Lawson (One to Cook, One to do my bloody garden and the other to sing me to sleep)
My Family (Cats Daughter and Partner)
The Mind (Deep Huh)
Oh well I hope to have some good fun on this site, I am of course addicted to DNA (the man not the substance, though it is fairly important to me) and I am a huge Dirk Gently fan, I can see myself in him (not literally)
Oh and one more thing I don't smoke and I'll thank you not to do so in my area, unless of course you are Dirk Gently.
