Is it me or are the Powerpuff Girls completely out of their heads on something girls of their age should not be messing with?
What's with those spiral eyes, and the way they hover up and down?

Hmm... lots of cartoons seem to have references only 'mature people' will get. I guess the cartoonists get bored...
