that it is "should" and not "could" in the expression. The article has it at least twice (but I lost interest after reading that i need a juicer, I thought that should go without saying too so I assumed the entry was about an alternative way to get carrot juice)
Having said that, the best way to drink carrot juice is as: carrot, apple, ginger and beetroot juice, with a small squirt of oil in the glass before the juice goes in.
