I drank some an ethanol bottle in my chemistry lab because this site has a picture that its ok to drink ethanol and then and had to go to hopsital.
Should I sue the BBC?

no, i don't think so
Have you looked carefully at the bottle in lab? Did it have a notice not to drink it? If not, try suing anyone who owns the lab, if it did i'm afraid you have no basis to sue anyone.

Was the chemistry lab at a school? They add some kind of chemical harmful to drink to it to avoid an alcohol tax.
