Where exactly does the drinking part come into this, or does the winner just get some sweeties and a round of, "For he's a Jolly good fellow..." from the rest of the gang? I suspect that there are a plethora of variants on this game, my favourite beeing "Yeehah!".
The point of any such game is surely to punish the person who makes a balls-up by requiring them to quaff a bucket load of ale, thus ensuring that they continue to lose.
